• Payment in full is due at the time the order is submitted.
  No work will be done until payment in full is received. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. You can order online or, if you feel more comfortable, you can call us at the studio at 1-866-715-BLIS (2547) and place your order via phone.
• Once an order is placed, customized proofs will be laid out by a design team member and presented to client within 7-10 business days.
• Proofs will be provided via email and/or posted in the Client Preview area of the website before being printed.
• The client has the sole responsibility to give their approval to Bliss Ink via signature or via email in a timely fashion before the job can be taken to press.
• Bliss Ink will not be responsible in any way for delays, setbacks or inconveniences because approval is not received from the client in a timely fashion.
• By using this site, and placing an order with Bliss Ink, the client agrees that their approval via faxed signature or via email is sufficient for Bliss Ink to produce their order EXACTLY as it appears in their proof.
  If an error is discovered AFTER approval is given and the order is in production, the client agrees to any additional charges required to re-produce their order to their satisfaction.
• If an error is discovered after production that is the fault of Bliss Ink not producing the order EXACTLY as it appears in the proof, Bliss Ink will reproduce the order to the specifications of the proof at no charge to the client.
• Bliss Ink reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time, solely at the discretion of Bliss Ink and its designers. Bliss Ink wants to produce your printed materials, that is why we are here, however, criteria such as timelines, client expectations, production shop capacity or designer availability may require Bliss Ink to refuse service to existing clients and/or potential clients.
• Clients understand that colors in the images used on the website and received from designers via email will vary from the colors on the product. This variation is caused by client monitor settings and client printer settings of their home or work computers. All colors used in production are matched to the Pantone® color chart. Clients are advised to order samples before placing their full order.
• Bliss Ink ships all products ordered online, except for SAMPLES, via FedEx Express. We take extra care in packaging your order for shipment and have high regard for FedEx, however Bliss Ink does not guarantee that products will be delivered by FedEx on time and/or without damage.
• All sample orders are shipped via USPS unless other arrangements are made with a Bliss Ink designer or other employee.
• Returns and refunds are determined on an individual basis, at the sole discretion of Bliss Ink.
• If an order must be cancelled after design work has begun and before going to production, there will be a cancellation fee of 25% of the order total or $100, whichever is greater.
